Recipe - Pineapple Ham Bake

2 cn (8 ozs.) crushed pineapple;
undrained
2/3 cup Packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon Vinegar
2 teaspoon Ground mustard
1 pound Fully cooked ham; cut into
bitesize pieces.
I found this recipe in the magazine Taste of Home. I cut the ingredients in
half because the recipe called for a pound of ham.
Combine the first four ingredients in an ungreased 2qt. baking dish; mix
well. Stir in ham. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 3040 minutes or
until heated through. Serve witha slotted spoon. Yield: 8 servings.
