Recipe - Pineapple Ginger Sauce

1 teaspoon Minced garlic
1 teaspoon Minced ginger
1 cup Nosugaradded pineapple
Juice
One fourth cup Low sodium tamari or soy
Sauce
1 tablespoon Cornstarch dissolved in 1
tablespoon Cold water
Saute garlic and ginger in a little water in a medium nonstick skillet.
After about 3 minutes add juice and soysauce. Heat on medium high until it
boils, then stir in cornstarch. Heat until it gets to your desired
consistency.
