Recipe - Pineapple Delight

3 ounce Margarine
10 Digestive Biscuits, Crushed
3 ounce Cream Cheese
3 ounce Icing Sugar, Sifted
14 ounce Can of Crushed Pineapple
1 Sachet, Dream Topping Made
up with 4 fl cold milk
Pineapple to decorate
Melt the margarine, stir in the crushed biscuits, then turn the mixture
into a 7in/19cm flan dish and press over the base with the back of a spoon.
Leave to chill while you make the pineapple topping. Beat the cream cheese
and icing sugar together, drain the pineapple and stir into the mixture.
Fold in the madeup dream topping, then spread the mixture over the biscuit
base and return to the fridge to chill for 1 hour more. Decorate with
pineapple pieces and serve.
