Recipe - Pineapple Crumble

FILLING
16 ounce Can unsweetened pineapple,
crushed & drained
2 md Pears, peeled, cored & minced
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
1 ds Nutmeg
CRUMB TOPPING
3 tablespoon Soy or safflower margarine
2/3 cup Matzo meal
1/3 cup Ground walnuts
One half cup Light brown sugar
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine filling ingredients in a mixing bowl & pat
into a 9inch square baking pan. Melt margarine in a skillet & remove from
heat. Stir in the remaining topping ingredients till evenly coated with
the margarine. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the pineapple mixture. Bake
25 to 30 minutes.
