Recipe - Pineapple Cheese Cake

1 cn Crushed pineapple; drained,
(14 oz.)
Cinnamon

CRUST
One half Stick oleo
1 Egg
4 tablespoon Sugar
1 cup Flour
One half teaspoon Baking powder
1 pn Salt

CHEESE MIXTURE
1 pack Cream cheese; (8 oz.)
9 tablespoon Sugar
2 One half tablespoon Flour
2 Unbeaten eggs
2 cup Milk
1 One half teaspoon Vanilla

Crust: Mix ingredients by hand. Press into greased glass dish, 9 x 13 x
2inches. Put drained pineapple on crust. Put ingredients for cheese
mixture into blender. Mix one or two minutes. Pour over pineapple and crust
in dish. Cover with cinnamon. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
