Recipe - Pineapple Cake With Cream Cheese Ginger Frost

CAKE:
2 Eggs
1 cn Crushed pineapple in juice
20 Oz
2 cup Flour
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Brown sugar
2 teaspoon Baking soda
1 cup Walnuts chopped
FROSTING:
1 pack Cream cheese 3 oz
One fourth cup Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 cup Powdered sugar
One half teaspoon Ginger
Combine all cake ingredients and pour into an ungreased, 13x9 inch Pyrex
pan. Bake at 350^ for 4550 minutes. Combine frosting ingredients and
spread on cooled pineapple cake.
