Recipe - Pineapple Bread

1 cup AllBran
1 small Can crushed
pineapple;drained
1 cup Raisins
One half cup Margarine
2/3 cup Brown sugar
1 Egg
1 One fourth cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Baking soda
One fourth teaspoon Salt
Cream margarine, sugar, and egg. Stir in dry ingredients. Stir in pineapple
and raisins. Spoon into paper lined muffin tins, filling to top. Bake at
350 for 30 minutes.
