Recipe - Pineapple Banana Jam

Ingredients:

2 cup Crushed pineapple
3 cup Mashed bananas; (no brown
spots)
7 One half cup Sugar
1 Bottle Certo or 1 package
Sure Jell

1. Follow directions for jam when using either Certo or Sure Jell.

2. Stir and skim alternately for about 5 minutes.

3. Pour into sterilized glasses.

4. Top with hot parafin.

YIELD: Approzimately 10 to 11 8ounce jars.
