Recipe - Pineapple Ambrosia

3 cup Miniature marshmallows
1 cn (20oz) crushed pineapple
(in own juice); drained
1 cn (20oz) pineapple chunks in
juice; or tidbits, drained
1 cn (11oz) waterpacked
mandarin oranges; drained
1 cup Fatfree plain or
tropicalflavored yogurt
One half cup Flaked coconut
In a large bowl, gently combine the marshmellows, crushed pineapple,
pineapple chunks or tidbits, oranges, yogurt and coconut. Cover and chill
in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Makes 10 sidedish servings.

NOTES : Leftover ambrosia keeps well in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
If you like, you can also serve this as a light dessert.
