Recipe - Pineapple-Orange Sauce

1 cn (20oz) pineapple chunks (in
juice); undrained
One half teaspoon Orange peel; grated
One half cup Orange juice
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 tablespoon Granulated sugar
1 teaspoon Ground ginger

Combine pineapple, One half cup orange juice and 1 teaspoon orange peel with
remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly until sauce
boils and thickens. Cool. Serve over ice cream, frozen yogurt, pancakes or
waffles. Makes about 8 servings.
