Recipe - Pineapple-Macadamia Nut Bread

4 Eggs
1 cup Sugar
One half cup Oil
Three fourths cup Pineapple juice
One half cup Canned crushed pineapple *
1 tablespoon Baking powder
3 cup Flour
One half cup Chopped macadamia nuts
*Note: Pineapple should be with juice. Combine eggs, sugar, oil, juice and
pineapple. Mix well. Sift baking powder with flour and mix into pineapple
mixture. Fold in nuts. Pour into greased waxedpaperlined 9 x 5inch loaf
pan and bake at 350F about 50 minutes. Or fill greased muffin pans Three fourths full
and bake 25 minutes. Makes 1 loaf or 18 muffins
