Recipe - Pineapple-Graham Cracker Bars

One fourth cup Margarine
One half cup Packed light brown sugar
1 lg Egg
One half cup Allpurpose flour
One half cup Graham cracker crumbs
One half cup Black walnuts chopped
1 cup Crushed pineapple
Drained
1. Place softened margarine and brown sugar in a bowl and, using hand mixer
or wooden spoon, cream mixture until light and fluffy. 2. Beat in the egg.
Stir in sifted flour, crumbs, welldrained pineapple and nuts. 3. Pour into
a lightly greased 8 x 8 x 2inch pan. Bake in preheated 350degree oven
3035 minutes or until brown and surface feels firm to the touch. 4. Let
cool completely in pan, then cut into 20 bars.
