Recipe - Pine Nut Cake

One half cup Butter; unsalted
1 cup Sugar
1 One half cup Allpurpose flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
One half cup Milk
2 Eggs; separated
2 teaspoon Vanilla flavored sugar
One half cup Pine nuts
Cream butter and sugar thoroughly. Add egg yolks and continue beating. Pour
a little of the flour in egg mixture, then the milk; while mixing, also add
baking powder and remaining flour. Beat egg whites until very stiff. Fold
whites into batter. Pour mixture into buttered nonstick 10" pan or line
pan with foil that has been buttered. Sprinkle surface with pine nuts and
vanillasugar. Bake 30 minutes @ 350 degrees.
