Recipe - Pinch Pie

3 Egg whites
One half teaspoon Baking powder
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vinegar
1 teaspoon Water
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Sugar

Combine in bowl of mixmaster first 6 ingredients. Beat at high speed until
stiff. Add 1 cup of sugar a little at a time. Shape like a pie shell on
greased cookie sheet or form small amounts like birds nests and bake in 275
oven 1 hour, turn off oven and leave in oven to dry. Serve with ice cream
or fruit.
