Recipe - Pinata Pumpkin Chili

1 One half pound Ground beef
One half cup Onion; chopped
1 Garlic clove; minced
16 ounce Solid pack pumpkin
2 cup Water
1 pack Taco seasoning
1 One half teaspoon Chili powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Cheddar cheese; shredded
1 cup Corn chips; crushed
One half cup Sour cream
Red pepper flakes =OR=
Hot pepper sauce
In 3 quart saucepan, cook meat, onion and garlic until meat is brown.
Drain. Add pumpkin, water, taco seasoning, chili powder and salt. Bring to
a boil. Cover; simmer 30 minutes. Season with red pepper flakes or hot
pepper sauce. Garnish with cheese, corn chips and sour cream.
NOTE: May add 16 ounce red kidney beans; drained.
