Recipe - Pina Colada Bread Abm

1 Egg
1 teaspoon Coconut Extract
One fourth Unsalted Butter; softened
Three fourths cup Coconut Milk; plus
2 tablespoon Coconut Milk; (if needed)
3 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Ascorbic Acid
2 One half cup Bread Flour
1 tablespoon Yeast
1 cup Unsweetened Flaked Coconut
One half cup Dried Pineapple; chopped

Place all ingredients except coconut and pineapple in the machine. Program
for sweet or raisin bread. Add the coconut and pineapple when the Hitachi
timer reads 3:44.
