Recipe - Pimiento Cheese Wilmas

4 ounce Pimientos, chopped
1 cup Nonfat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dry mustard, hot (Spice
Island)
One half teaspoon Cayenne pepper
One half teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 Cloves garlic, minced
8 ounce Colby cheese, grated
8 ounce Cheddar cheese, grated
Mix well with a rotary beater, adding cheese last. Continue beating until
smooth. Store in tightly sealed container.
Makes 4 cups.
