Recipe - Pimento Cheese Sandwich Filling

1 cn (5.125oz) evaporated milk
One half pound Processed American cheese;
minced
1 cn (3oz) pimientos
One fourth teaspoon Salt
Pickles (optional)
Chopped olives (optional)
Grated onion (optional)
Put milk into top of double boiler. Add minced cheese, and keep hot until
melted. Drain pimientos and mash. Add to cheese and milk with the salt.
Pickles, chopped olives, or grated onion may be added, if desired. Yield:
1Three fourths cups or filling for 10 sandwiches.
