Recipe - Pilaff

1 md Onion; minced
2 tablespoon Butter
1 cn Condensed consomme; (10 1/2
oz.)
2/3 cup Water
1 cup Raw regular rice
Saut‚ onion in butter until golden.
Combine consomm‚ and water. Bring to a boil.
In an oiled 1 One half quart casserole combine all ingredients.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until rice feels tender and
all water is absorbed.
Fluff up rice with fork.
