Recipe - Pilaf

One half cup Fine Noodles broken in
Pieces
2 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
1 cn Chicken Broth or beef
Broth
1/3 cup Water
One half cup LongGrain Rice raw
In saucepan, brown noodles in butter; stir often. Add remaining
ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 2025 minutes
or until liquid is absorbed.
Makes about 2 One half cups.
