Recipe - Pigpens Secret Sauce

2 cup Apple cider
One half cup Balsamic vinegar
10 ounce Tomato ketchup
4 ounce Honey mustard
4 ounce Yellow mustard
4 ounce Coarseground mustard
4 ounce Honey
4 ounce Molasses
4 ounce Cane syrup
1 Bottle dark beer
One half cup Cold coffee
1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/8 cup Soy sauce
1/8 cup Louisiana hot sauce
1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Celery salt
1 Habanero chili; minced ,
remove seeds
1 pn Kosher salt
1 pn Ground coriander
Combine all ingredients and Simmer 25 minutes on low heat. Cool and
refrigerate.
