Recipe - Pierniczki (Honey-Spice Cakes)

2 Eggs
1 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Honeyspice cake seasoning
1 teaspoon Baking soda
3 tablespoon Water
1 cup Honey
3 cup Sifted flour
from Polish Calendar
Cream 2 eggs & 1 C. sugar until white. Add 1 Tablespoon Honeyspice cake
seasoning, 1 teaspoon baking soda dissolved in 3 tablespoons water, 1 Cup
honey, & 3 Cups sifted flour. Work ingredients well into a dough, then
knead on floured board. Sprinkle with flour & roll out One fourth " thick. Cut
into shapes. Place on greased bakinsheet and Bake in 400 degree oven about
10 minutes Store air tight and glaze before serving. ** No Glaze recipe
