Ingredients:
Pico De Gallo Salsa recipe makes 10 Cups.
2 cup Cups
6 Serrano or Jalapeno chiles,
stems and seeds removed,
Finely chopped
1 lg Onion, finely chopped
2 md Tomatoes, finely chopped
3 Cloves garlic, finely
chopped
One fourth cup Finely chopped cilantro
One fourth cup Oil
3 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
Combine ingredients and mix well. Allow refrigerated sauce to come to room
temperature before serving.
