Coarsely
2 lg Onions, cut up coarsely
1 tablespoon Salt
One half cup Jalapeno, chopped
6 Green anaheim chilis, and/or
Combination of green and red
Bell peppers
1 Clove garlic
One half cup Chopped cilantro (vital)
Mix, age for 30 seconds, and
Dive in.
