Recipe - Picnic Cupcakes

Ingredients:

1 pack (18 One half Oz) Chocolate Or
Yellow Cake Mix

FILLING
8 ounce Cream Cheese; softened
1 Egg; lightly beaten
1/3 cup Sugar
1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips;
(6 ounces)

Mix cake according to pkg. directions. Spoon batter into 24 greased or
paperlined muffin cups, filling twothirds full. In a mixing bowl, beat
cream cheese, egg and sugar until smooth. Fold in the chips. Drop by
tablespoonfuls into batter. Bake at 350 F. for 20 minutes or until cupcakes
test done.
