Recipe - Picnic Chicken Salad Bowl

1 One half pound Chopped zucchini
4 Tomatoes; chopped
1 pack (16 oz) frozen peas; thawed
and drained
1 Green bell pepper; chopped
1 Yellow bell pepper; chopped
2 cup Diced cooked chicken {or
ham}
Three fourths cup Bottled Italian dressing
3 tablespoon Grated parmesan cheese
{optional}
Taken from the cookbook "365 Easy One Dish Meals" {These are the 3 recipes
that I have prepared, and I recommend them for any picnic, church luncheon,
or just a quick and light supper.}
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss to mix well. Cover and
refrigerate for several hours. Drain and serve on lettuce.
