Recipe - Picnic Bread

FOR 1POUND LOAF
1 teaspoon Active dry yeast
1 One half tablespoon Sugar
2 cup Bread flour
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Sweet pickle relish;
(drained)
1 tablespoon Butter
One half cup Warm milk
2 tablespoon Warm water

FOR 1 1/2POUND LOAF
1 One half teaspoon Active dry yeast
2 tablespoon Sugar
3 cup Bread flour
1 One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth cup Sweet pickle relish;
(drained)
1 One half tablespoon Butter
6 One half ounce Warm milk
3 tablespoon Warm water

Picnic bread is fun for coldcuts sandwiches because it already contains
relish! This bread has a sweet and spicy taste and slightly yellow color.
It looks and tasted great.

Add ingredients to your Bread Machine pan in the order given.

This recipe can be used with the regular or rapid time bake cycles.
