Recipe - Picnic Bars

Ingredients:

1 Three fourths cup Allpurpose flour
1 cup Sugar
One fourth cup Cocoa powder
One half cup Cold butter; or margarine
2 Eggs
14 ounce Can sweetened condensed milk
2 cup Chocolate chips; (12 oz.
pkg.)
1 cup Chopped walnuts

In a bowl, combine flour sugar and cocoa; cut in butter until mixture
resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in eggs. Set aside 1 One half cup of topping.
Press remaining crumbs into a greased 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350
F. 68 minutes or until set. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine milk and 1
cup of chocolate chips; cook and stir over Low heat until melted. Carefully
spread over crust. Combine reserved crumb mixture with nuts and remaining
chocolate chips. Sprinkle over chocolate layer. Bake for 1520 minutes or
until top is set (chips will not look melted). Cool before cutting. Yield:
3 dozen. Recipe submitted by Frank Bee of Eugene, Oregon who says, "You'll
