Ingredients:
Pickled Dilled Beans recipe makes About 8 To 9 Pints
1 Dozen hard cooked eggs
1 md Onion cut or sliced up thin
Three fourths cup Water
1 One fourth cup White vinegar
2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Dillweed
1 Clove garlic halved
One half teaspoon Mustard seed
Pack eggs in jar. In saucepan bring remaining ingredients to a boil. Reduce
heat to low and simmer 5 to 7 minutes. Pour over eggs to cover completely.
