Recipe - Pick-Me-Up Breakfast

Ingredients:
Pick-Me-Up Breakfast recipe makes 2 Cups
1 cup Apple juice
One half cup Orange juice
One half Banana
White of 1 egg
Put ingredients in blender. Blend well. Drink for 7 to 10 days in morning
for breakfast with whole grain toast. Should feel better in 3 to 5 days.
Can be taken twice a day if you are really wiped out!
