Three fourths pound Top sirloin,1" thick
One fourth cup Lime juice,fresh
One half teaspoon Garlic salt
One half teaspoon Cumin,ground
One half teaspoon Black pepper,coarse
Three fourths cup Rice,longgrain
1 cn Corn,wholekernel(8oz)
1 cn Black olives,ripe(2 1/2oz)
1 cup Cherry tomatoes,halved
One fourth cup Red onion rings, cut or sliced up
2 tablespoon Cilantro,chopped
One half Lettuce hd,iceberg,shredded

PICANTE DRESSING
1/3 cup Picante sauce
One fourth cup Italian dressing
1 teaspoon Lime juice

Picante Dressing: Place picante sauce, Italian dressing and lime juice in
jar with tightfitting cover. Shake well.
