Recipe - Picadillo De Papa Y Mostaza

3 Russet potatoes, chopped in
baby cubes
1 lg Onion, chopped
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1 bn (large) mustard greens,
coarsely chopped
2 tablespoon Margarine (up to 3)
Mixed herbs (2 T fresh ones)
small Hot chili pepper (optional)
minced
Saute the potatoes, garlic and the onion in margarine. Then put in the
mustard greens and cook it at low temp a while (15 min or so or until the
potatoes are cooked) with the top on, stirring occasionally. Add whatever
spices/herbs you want or some hot chilis.
