Recipe - Picadillo (Beef Hash)

Ingredients:
Picadillo (Beef Hash) recipe makes 1 Servings
One fourth cup Oil
1 Onion
1 Green pepper
1 Clove garlic
One half pound Ground beef
One half pound Ground pork
One fourth pound Ground ham
Three fourths cup Capers
1 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
One half cup Tomato sauce
One fourth cup Dry wine
Heat oil and saute minced onion, crushed garlic and minced green pepper.
Add the meat and cook a few minutes, stirring constantly to avoid sticking.
Add the remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat for about 20
minutes. Serves 6. Picadillo (beef hash)
