Recipe - Phoney Egg Salad

1 pound Tofu (medium or firm),
grated
One half cup FF mayo
2 Green onions, cut or sliced up
One half Red bell pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon Tumeric
1 teaspoon Curry powder
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Cayenne

(people should never know it isn't egg)

Mix all the above together. You might want to have a sweet chutney on the
side and up the amount of curry and cayenne.
