Recipe - Philly No-Bake Summer Cheesecake

1 pack (8ounces) Cream Cheese or
Neufchatel Cheese
1/3 cup Sugar
1 Tub (8ounces) Cool Whip
Whipped Topping, thawed
1 Readytouse graham cracker
crumb crust (9inches)
Mix cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until well
blended. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate 3
hours or overnight. Top with fresh fruit. Makes 8 servings. Posted to EATL
