Recipe - Philly Chocolate Sauce

1 8 ounce pkg. Cream Cheese,
cubed
1/3 cup Milk
1 ounce Unsweetened Chocolate
Squares
2 cup Sifted powdered sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Combine cream cheese, milk and chocolate; stir over low heat until smooth.
Blend in remaining ingredients. Serve over poached pears, ice cream or
cake.

Note this sauce can be refrigerated and then reheated.

Makes 2 cups
