Recipe - Philadelphia Cheese Steak Sandwich (Lower Fat)

Ingredients:

Nonstick butterflavored
cooking spray
1 cup Thinly cut or sliced up onion rings
One half cup Thinly cut or sliced up green bell
pepper
One half cup Thinly cut or sliced up red bell
pepper
12 ounce Swanky Flanky steak; very
thinly cut or sliced up
4 French or hoagiestyle
rolls, halved lengthwise
4 ounce Reducedfat cheddar or
Muenster cheese, thinly
cut or sliced up

Coat nonstick medium skillet with cooking spray. Heat over mediumhigh
heat. Add onion and bell peppers. Cook, stirring constantly, 2 to 3
minutes, adding a little water from time to time to prevent sticking and
overbrowning. Preheat broiler. Divide cut or sliced up flank steak over opened rolls.
Cover with onion mixture. Top with cheese. Broil, close to heat source, 1
minute or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
