Ingredients:
Petti Di Pollo Alla Bolognese recipe makes 1 Servings
2 One half chicken breasts*
1 tablespoon Butter
1 tablespoon Olive oil
2 sl Cooked ham
2 tablespoon Grated parmesan
1 teaspoon Parsley
One fourth cup Chicken broth
*Can also be made with veal
Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan. Brown the chicken on both sides.
Put a slice of ham on each One half breast. Springle with parmesan, parsley.
Pour the chicken broth in the pan. Cover let simmer for five minutes.
