Recipe - Petes Meat Loaf

2 pound Ground meat
4 sl Any bread; soaked in milk
(sometimes I use saltine
crackers)
8 lg Carrots; grated
1 md Onion; chopped
1 Green bell pepper; chopped
(optional)
Salt; coarse black pepper,
celery salt to taste
SAUCE
2 cup Catsup
One half cup Brown sugar
One fourth cup Honey
3 tablespoon Prepared mustard
Mix all ingredients for meat loaf and bake at 350 deg. for one hour. Mix
sauce ingredients and pour over meat loaf during last 20 minutes of baking.
Serve with additional sauce.
