Recipe - Pescado Alicante (Baked Fish)

1 Onion; cut or sliced up
1 pound Fish fillets; (flounder,
haddock or cod)
One half teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Black pepper
2 tablespoon Oil
1 tablespoon Dry white wine
One fourth cup Chopped nuts

Spread onion slices over bottom of greased baking dish. Lay fish over
onion. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; combine oil and wine; pour over all.
Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 350 degs for 1520 minutes. serves 3.
sugguested menu: Baked Fish, Artichole salad, string beans, rum spongecake,
coffee or tea.
