Ingredients:
Pesach Rolls recipe makes 1 Servings
2 cup Matzoh Meal
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 cup Water
One half cup Oil
4 Eggs, lightly beaten
Combine matzoh meal with salt and sugar. In a deep saucepan bring oil and
water to a boil. Add matzoh meal mixture and mix well. Beat in eggs
throughly, one at a time. allow to stand for 15 minutes. With oiled hands,
shape into rolls and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 F for 50
minutes or until golden brown Yields 1012 rolls.
