Recipe - Pesach Double Chocolate Muffins

One half cup Matzo cake meal
6 tablespoon Potato starch
Three fourths cup Sugar
1 pack Vanilla sugar; or 1 tsp
vanilla ext
One fourth cup Cocoa
2 teaspoon Baking powder; Pesach type
1 teaspoon Baking soda
One fourth teaspoon Salt
2/3 cup Nonfat yogurt
2/3 cup Skim milk
1 Egg; or 2 egg whites
Three fourths cup Chocolate chips
Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients.. Mix togetherjust until combined.
Add chocolate chips. Place in nonstick or oiled muffin tins Bake aout 15
minutes at 400F.
