Ingredients:
Persimmon Filling recipe makes 1 Servings
One half Recipe of persimmon jam
2 tablespoon Calavado, or Grand Marnier
1 cup Heavy cream, cold
Add liquer to jam. Beat Cream in chilled mixer bowl with chilled beaters
until stiff peaks form, fold in jam.
(Good between layers of cake)
