Recipe - Perky Dill Dip

3 ounce Cream cheese
One half teaspoon Lemon rind; grated
1 One half tablespoon Lemon juice
One fourth teaspoon Dill weed
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Sour cream
Combine cream cheese, at room temperature, lemon rind, juice, dill weed and
salt and beat until fluffy. Blend in sour cream.
Chill thoroughly and serve.
This dip is good with radishes, cauliflower flowerettes, etc.
