Recipe - Perini Ranch Steak Rub

2 tablespoon Corn Starch or flour
2 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Coarse Ground Pepper
One half teaspoon Oregano
One half teaspoon Lemon Pepper
4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
4 teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Beef Stock Base
(granulated)
Mix all ingredients together. Either sprinkle or rub into meat. Allow to
sit in refrigerator at least 15 minutes before cooking. Place steaks on hot
coals (mesquite is best). Baste with butter or margarine while grilling
(optional). Cook 1015 minutes each side for medium rare.
