Recipe - Perfect Salad

One half Unflovored gelatin
One fourth cup Cold water;
1 tablespoon Sugar replacement
One half teaspoon Salt
Three fourths cup Hot water
1 tablespoon Lemon juice;
2 Cucumbers;
One fourth cup Carrots;
One fourth cup Onions;
3 ounce Cream cheese;
2 tablespoon Local Mayonnaise;
Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add gelatin mixture, sugar
replacement, and salt to hot water; stir until dissolved. Add lemon
juice, cucumber, carrots, and onion. Beat cream cheese with
mayonnaise until smooth. Blend into vegetable mixture. Pour into mold
and chill. Food Exchange per serving: One half VEGETABLE EXCHANGE + 1 FAT
