Recipe - Perfect Potato Latkes

6 lg Potatoes
1 md Onion
2 Eggs
1 One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
One half cup Flour
Grate potatoes (preferably by hand). Remove excess liquid. Mix in other
ingredients. Fry small spoonfuls until golden brown. Drain and serve hot.
