Recipe - Peppy Pork Spedies

4 pound Pork; cut into cubes
3 cup Vegetable oil
One fourth cup Wine
One half pound Pepperoni; minced
2 Lemons; juice of
2 tablespoon Prepared mustard
4 Cloves garlic; minced
2 Bay leaves
Salt and pepper

Combine all marinade ingredients. Add meat and marinate 72 hours, turning
occasionally. Skewer and grill meat, basting with marinade.
