Recipe - Peppery Sauteed Shredded Cabbage (Tabasco)

4 tablespoon Butter or margarine
3 cup Shredded green cabbage
3 cup Shredded red cabbage
1 md Onion; minced
1 teaspoon Salt
Three fourths teaspoon TABASCO pepper sauce
One fourth teaspoon Cracked black pepper
In 12inch skillet, over medium heat, melt butter. Add green and red
cabbage, onion, salt, TABASCO sauce and black pepper; cook 1015 minutes
until tender, stirring occasionally.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
