Recipe - Peppery Rice

2 cup Brown rice
4 cup Chicken broth
One fourth cup Green onion, chopped
One fourth cup Red peppers, chopped
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Garlic powder
One fourth teaspoon Cayenne pepper
One fourth teaspoon White pepper
Place rice and chicken broth in a 3 quart saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce
heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer
another 20 minutes. Serves 6.
